Focus on building your practice through accessible poses chosen to allow you more time to breathe, connect and take in the beautiful views. All levels are welcome for a 90- minute session that includes 30- minutes of basic paddle and safety instruction followed by a yoga flow. If you would like to learn more about paddling we encourage you to inquire about lessons however Sup Shack can guide you no matter where you are in your journey.
Must be able to swim. Pre-Registration is required.
