Ashley Rydeen was first introduced to yoga by her sister and quickly fell in love with the practice. She was drawn to the mindful, healing spirit of yoga while always maintaining a “Let’s play!” attitude. She graduated from from FlyDog Yoga’s 200 hour Power Vinyasa Program in 2017 studying under Eliza Whiteman and MaryAnn McIvor. Her flows encourage students to focus on cultivating strength, stability and balance while bringing awareness to the breath and alignment.
