Our Studio Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE CANCEL : If you cancel out of a class from your account or over the phone within 4 hours of the calss starting, you are considered a late cancel. The late cancellation fee is $10 for everyone, regardless of your pricing option. Classes will not be deducted from drop-ins or class pass holders. 

NO SHOW: If you are registered for the class or are added from the waitlist with at least 4 hours notice and you do not show up for the class you are considered a No Show. The No Show fee is $10 for everyone regardless of your pricing option. In addition to the the no-show fee, you will also forfeit one class from the pricing option used for the class (intro offer, drop-in, class pass, standard or premium membership). 

WAITLIST: By signing up fo the waitlist you are agreeing to the same policies stated above. You will not be automatically added to the class if a space opens up within 4 hours of class starting — that slot is open to anyone. In this scenario, if you are already on the waitlist, you can take yourself off the waitlist and sign up for the open space in class. 

Late Cancel and No Show fees will be applied to credit cards stored in your profile. If you do not have a credit card stored in your profile, the charge will be assessed on your account. You will not be able to attend future classes until the negative balance is cleared.

SCHEDULE POLICY

FlyDog Yoga reserves the right to substitute, cancel, add, delete, and/or change programs, classes, services, amenities, instructors, and/or class types at the sole discretion of management and assumes absolutely no liability for any such changes at any

RESERVATION POLICY

Pre-registration for classes guarentees a space in the class up until 2 minutes before the class begins. At 2 minutes before the class begins, available spaces will be given to individuals on the wait list and the standby list in that order. 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Returns in the form of account credit may be permitted in select cases at the discretion of management. In these select cases, account credit can be used for future purchases. 

LOST ITEMS POLICY

FlyDog Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. After 60 days, these items (including yoga mats) will be removed and donated to local charitable organizations.
