We are so excited to welcome you back to the studio!

Practicing at FlyDog will be a little different as we take extra measures to protect your health and safety. Here is a guide to our current procedures so that you can be prepared for your first class back!

What to do before you arrive:

  • Be sure you sign up for class in advance – we will only be able to accept students who are pre-registered with a payment method already purchased.
  • If you come into contact with anyone who is known to have COVID-19, or if you experience any symptoms of illness, you must wait 14 days before attending a class in the studio.
  • Because of our limited capacity, we’ve had to amend our late cancellation and no-show policies:
    • If you have to cancel class within the 4 hours before it begins, you’ll be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.
    • If you sign up for a class but don’t attend, you’ll be charged a no-show fee of $10 and your class pricing option will be forfeited.
    • If you experience any symptoms of illness prior to class, please give us a call at the studio, and we’ll be happy to waive your cancellation fee.

What to bring with you:

  • Mat (and mat towel, if you need one) – we will not have any mats or towels available to rent. We will have mats for sale at the studio – if you do not bring a mat and are not prepared to purchase one, you will not be able to attend class and will be considered a no-show ($10 fee and your class pricing option will be forfeited).
  • Hand towel for sweat – our complimentary towels have been discontinued for now.
  • Mask – fully vaccinated students may choose not to wear a mask into the studio – all other students must wear one at all times except while practicing.
  • Blocks are now available and are sanitized between each use!

When you get to FlyDog:

  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before class. We will not be able to accommodate late arrivals, so you must be here by 3 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
  • Be sure to wear your mask unless you’re fully vaccinated!
  • We’ll greet you at the front desk and check you into class.
  • Your teacher will show you where to put your mat. If you need weights or would like a block for class, feel free to grab those in the hallway.
  • Our locker rooms will be available for bathroom use, storing personal belongings, and filling up water bottles – showers will be temporarily closed. 
  • Your teacher will let you know when it’s ok to remove your mask to practice. If you leave your mat for any reason during the practice, you’ll need to put it back on.

After class:

  • Your teacher will remind you to put your mask back on and will guide you in exiting the room.
  • Feel free to grab a wipe for your mat. If you used weights or a block during class, please place them at the back of the room as you leave.
  • Please plan to leave the studio right after class so that we have time to sanitize everything before our next class!


Will you still be live-streaming?

Yes! All classes will continue to be live-streamed on our new online platform.

How will you be cleaning the studio?

We sanitize every surface of the studio and every prop used for class with AirX 44 ACE, a hospital-grade disinfectant that is approved to combat Human Coronavirus. 

Why can’t I borrow towels/mats?

These items are porous and cannot be effectively sanitized between each class. In an effort to keep every student and our team safe, we are not able to provide these to you at this time.

What measures will your teachers and staff be taking to keep me safe?

All of our teachers and staff will continue to wear masks at all times in the studio, except when actively teaching. Teachers will remain at the front of the studio during class and will not be performing any hands-on assists.

Is it going to be hot?

Yes! We’re back up to our regular heated temperatures for Vinyasa classes.

Can I purchase retail items?

We will have retail available in the store, but we won’t have everything on display in the lobby. Just ask a manager for assistance if you’d like to purchase something and we can help you use our new Square terminal with a credit card or Apple Pay. You can also purchase through our online retail store and we’ll have your order ready for you to pick up when you arrive!
